Does OSHA require safety needles?

Safety needles, such as SimpleCAP are considered engineering controls and safer medical devices. The Bloodborne Pathogens Standard states engineering (and work practice) controls must be instituted as the primary means of eliminating or minimizing employee occupational exposure. OSHA also states, "if you have not already evaluated and implemented appropriate and available engineering controls, you must do so now."

What's the syringe replenishment program?

Simply send us two used and autoclaved syringes with a prepaid shipping label we provide, and we’ll send you two Apollo Syringes to replace them. This special offer is for first-time SimpleCAP customers only when you purchase at least two bags of SimpleCAP through a partner offer or discount. Yours won’t go to waste; we’ll refurbish and donate them to a local clinic in need.

What's the generic needle buyback program?

For every two bags of 50 SimpleCAP needles you purchase, we will buy back one box of your standard needles. Your box of needles should not exceed 100 needles or a $10 value per box and be unopened with needles sealed. You can send us up to 10 boxes of needles with a total maximum value of $100. We’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label. Please send all needles in one shipment. Once we receive your needles, we’ll give you a credit of $100 to put toward your next order and donate yours to a local clinic in need. This offer is for first-time SimpleCAP customers only.
